DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS

to Rutledge Victorian Guest House

114 Rutledge Avenue

From I-26: Come to the end of I-26 (Exit 221-B). This is the Meeting Street exit. You will be turning to the right from the exit ramp onto Meeting. Approximately .8 mile on Meeting St., there will be a large park on the right at the corner of Calhoun St. Turn right on Calhoun and go about .5 mile (5 traffic signals) to come to Rutledge. There will be a BP/Amoco station on the right and you will turn left. Our home is 6 houses down on the left.

Southbound on 17: You will cross the Cooper River (big) bridge into Charleston. Shortly after crossing the bridge you will go through a traffic signal. Take the first turn to the right after the signal. This will put you on Rutledge Avenue. Approx 3/4 mile down on the left side (across Calhoun Street).

Northbound on 17 (Savannah or I-95): Take the ‘SC Highway 17 North to Charleston’ exit 33 and about an hour + you will come into Charleston. Across the Ashley River bridge you will see the Marina and downtown area. Stay right and take the Lockwood Avenue South exit. Shortly after this stay left and take the Calhoun Street exit. About 4 lights is Rutledge Avenue - right to 114. 6th house on the left.
